Nothing compares to you

fancy restaurant

In a fancy restaurant I once met my love,

He was like an angel, right there from above.

I shall take away the blues I heard him sing,

If he files to God with my heart on his wing.

I shall be so lonely, if he goes away,

Tears will be falling from my eyes all day.

Feathers will be dancing in the winter sky,

My heart will be broken, if he says good bye.

Flowers will remind me his angelic face,

And one day in heaven we shall find a place

To make love on clouds just like we adore,

To have fun and sing like we used before.

It is hard to fancy that I have met my love

And he is a human, right there from above…

“When I love you, baby, and my love is true

Even holy angels will not be like you!”
